Our Story

Three generations, today our family is a global leader in the sourcing, design, manufacturing, and distribution of our own collections of prefinished engineered flooring, becoming one of Australia’s most respected wood floors manufactures.

A VISION OF FLOORING

Our CEO, Jason Heald, belongs to this third generation of wood experts starting in the wood flooring family business in 1990. During the 1990’s, Jason worked throughout Australasia and North America developing his skills and knowledge in the wood flooring industry. Both Jason and his father Kevin’s time and investment in the industry was recognised in North America in April 1997 when they were both awarded the National Wood Flooring Association Craftsman’s degree, and Kevin Heald received the top honour, the Vanguard degree.

OUR VISION

Kevin was ahead of his time travelling to Europe to source flooring to import into Australasia from the early 1970s to the late 1980s.  This was the early innovation that set the Heald family business on its path which has continued through and into the next generation.  Over the years the business grew as a flooring importer and retailer evolving into the manufacturing, importing and a distribution business. that it is today direct to you.

Now as a global company we have the capabilities to ensure a resilient supply chain for our customers as we control every stage of the manufacturing process from sourcing raw material, production, packing, shipping, and own warehousing through to distribution and local delivery direct to our customers.

TIMELESS FLOORS

The company has stayed true to their mission of innovation, continuing to invest into research and development, ensuring the unique fusion of old techniques together with the latest technology continues to create the company’s unique signature collections.
